Work with Tushar Tayal

Two separate things are offered here: Experience Travelidea, a visa, corporate travel and study-abroad consultancy with a team of 70, and Tushar Tayal’s own cross-border liaisoning work — introductions, delegations and institutional relationships across thirteen countries.

Experience Travelidea

Travelidea was founded in 2018, when Tushar was seventeen, and now runs a team of 70 across Assam and Dubai. It handles three things: getting people the right visa, moving corporate travellers across borders, and placing students at universities abroad.

Visa consulting

Tourist, business, student and work applications, from document assessment through submission to follow-up. The work sits almost entirely before filing, because a refusal costs the fee, the wait and usually the trip itself. [NEED: applications processed since 2018, and the destination countries covered.]

Corporate travel

Bookings, itineraries and visa coordination for companies moving staff across borders, including group and delegation travel. One point of contact for the whole movement, rather than a booking platform and a separate visa agent who never speak to each other. [NEED: number of corporate clients, and any that can be named.]

Study abroad

University shortlisting, application support, and the student visa that has to follow it — which is where most placements come apart. [NEED: students placed, and the countries they went to.]

There is a practical reason an Assam firm is good at this, and it is not a claim about talent. Most visa consultancies sit in the metros, where an applicant can reach a consulate in an afternoon. Travelidea's clients cannot, and neither can Travelidea. So the process is built around distance: documents checked before anyone books a flight, biometric appointments planned around travel from another state, timelines that treat the journey as part of the cost. A firm next door to an embassy has never had to work that way.

International liaisoning

This is Tushar’s own work rather than a Travelidea service, and it is arranged and priced separately. It covers cross-border introductions, incoming and outgoing delegations, early market-entry conversations, and the building of institutional relationships between organisations in different countries.

Where the network is

It is specific rather than general, which is the only kind worth having. He was India’s Chief Delegate at the JCI America Conference in Honduras and at the Africa and Middle East Conference in South Africa, both in 2025. He serves as Development Officer on the JCI Asia Pacific Development Council with responsibility for JCI Thailand through 2025–26, and worked on establishing the JCI UAE National Organization. He was India’s sole delegate to the Asian Academy in Singapore in August 2025, and joins India’s delegation to the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance Summit in Vienna in September 2026. Thirteen countries across five continents, and the part that matters is not the travel but the named people at the end of it.

  • An organisation trying to open a chapter, affiliate or formal partnership in a country where it currently has no standing.
  • A university or institute seeking a counterpart abroad for exchange, joint programmes or a student pipeline.
